I was recently assisted by Christian who helped me get a log-in to access the PS property portal. Christian was very patient, polite with a calming voice that made me feel comfortable enough to ask question about the notices on my account. I appreciate your phone etiquette and professionalism Christian, Thank You very much!
Carol and team have been great. They have been the property manager for over five years. The communications are relevant and timely. The property is managed well, the home owner portal is easy to use. Happy to recommend PS Property Management to anyone looking for professional, warm turn key service.
Chris Hashisaki is an outstanding property manager who truly cares about our community! My husband and I have lived in Highpointe for 13 years, and we can confidently say that Chris is the best property manager we have ever had. She is consistently professional, responsive, and genuinely dedicated to the well-being of our neighborhood. Every time we have reached out whether by phone or email she has been quick to respond, knowledgeable, and kind. What sets her apart is her visible presence and commitment. She spends time on site, listens to residents, and makes sure our community runs smoothly. It’s clear that she takes great pride in her work and truly wants the best for everyone who lives here. We deeply appreciate her hard work and the positive impact she has made in Highpointe. Many of us see and value all she does, and we are grateful for her steady leadership and care for our community.
Do Better, PS Property Management. Our Community Deserves It. As a longtime homeowner in Highpointe, I can say firsthand that PS Property Management, and specifically our community manager Chris Hashisaki, have failed to meet even the basic expectations of professionalism, transparency, and responsiveness. Requests for records that should be easy to share digitally are stonewalled behind outdated certified mail requirements — even though state law allows for “electronic or reasonably available formats.” When questioned about lack of enforcement of clearly documented nuisance issues (like persistent dog barking), Chris’s response was essentially “go talk to your neighbor.” Meanwhile, any issue you bring up seems to immediately trigger a complaint back at you, whether or not it’s relevant or legitimate. It’s retaliatory, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Residents are treated like a nuisance instead of valued stakeholders in the community we fund and care about. There is no accountability, no effort to listen, and certainly no transparency. Even requests to view the HOA’s management agreement — a basic right under Texas Property Code — are denied unless you jump through hoops and pay per page for what is almost certainly a digital document. This is not how a community should be managed. Chris H is not the right fit for Highpointe, and PS Management’s poor policies and practices are enabling this dysfunction. Homeowners, take note: we deserve better. And we have every right to demand it.
We've been very lucky to have Carol SoRelle working with our community for the past few years. We've undergone quite a few large scale projects and she's stuck with us the entire time. Carol is very responsive and always keeps a positive attitude. I don't know how many times we've asked her to walk our complex in the blazing heat and get bids from numerous vendors. We appreciate you Carol!
