Highly recommend this shop. I was helped by Aqib, who installed a glass screen protector and a protective cover on an iPad I bought as a gift. He was professional, friendly, and showed great attention to detail. I’ll definitely be back for any future phone or tablet needs.

Within 1 minutes I paid $35 just to look at the charging port of my iPhone XS Max. Heavy guy with long hair told me he gone clean my iPhone properly with chemical and will fix charging port but he just looked at charging port and did a bit brushing and within 55 seconds he charged me $35 dollars but charging port still has the same problem (not charging properly) so please all of you be careful with this technician because he wants to earn money easily with just touching the electronic devices and wants to be the richest person of the world very soon.

Today Sasha served me. He installed screen protector very well. Actually to say very well is like to say nothing. No single piece of dust and the protector was aligned perfectly. Moreover, installing it in the difficult conditions in the shopping mall under the escalator with no single dust particle is beyond my understanding. I'm very happy with his work. He was very friendly and polite. I wish I knew about their service earlier and it might be my prev phone survive the fall if I installed the screen protector.

Asome service, Ahmad gave us $5 off durable phone cases. Love this place great location really well set up. I thought we would not be able to find a phone case we tried 4 different places and couldn't find the right one but then we saw PTC. Highly recommend the kiosk inside Belconnen shopping centre. I had amazing service and a fast solution to what I thought was my totally broken mobile from the polite young man working yesterday (Tues) afternoon. I had visited the Telstra shop prior with my mobile that was frozen, Telstra telling me they couldn't help me at all only offering a new phone, even after I mentioned the phone was able to make calls through my car. Best 'deal' on a phone only was $800 - $1,000. I'm almost 60 and now realise that guy saw an easy sale. I wanted to see if someone could somehow access my photos which Telstra said they couldn't do. Only then was I sent in the direction of PTC. Thank you so much to the young man who took 20 seconds to get my phone up and running again 🙏 I've experienced a really tough few weeks and needed something to go right. Again thank you!
