Love Punch!! I have been going to Punch for a few yers now and continue to find the workouts challenging and fun! The coaches are encouraging and provide great instruction on form to prevent injury. They create a welcoming environment for all. I would recommend this studio to anyone interested in a solid workout in a friendly, welcoming environment!
I’ve been coming to Punch 3 to 4 days a week and I am so happy a friend convinced me to come try a class 2 1/2 years ago. Our morning class is like a family at this point, and we all push one another to get better. Anthony is an amazing coach and my days are always more complete when I start them off sweating at the gym with my friends.
I really enjoyed my visit to Punch Fitness. Upon arrival I was greeted by Mikaela who helped get me set up with hand wraps and boxing gloves. Coach Trinity gave me a tour of the facilities. She also went over the TRAIN class that I’d be taking which is a Boxing, Strength and Conditioning format. The class rotated as such: Bag work Exercise bike Rower Crunches I work out pretty regularly, and still found this to be challenging but FUN. I also met the owner Anthony who was very kind & welcoming. Looking forward to returning to try the other classes!
I love the fitness classes at Punch! Always challenging and fun, highly recommend giving any of the 3 class styles a try. They have gloves that you can borrow if you don’t have any or forget yours and all of the instructors that I have had are really friendly and welcoming!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I took the Fight Class at Punch Fitness with Coach Vanessa, and it was amazing! The workout was intense, and I was dripping in sweat by the end. The music was lit, and the vibe kept me energized the whole time. Coach Vanessa’s instruction was top-notch, and the decor of the studio was super nice! I’ll definitely be going back for more! Highly recommend!
