⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ABSOLUTELY AMAZING GROOMER! I can’t say enough good things about this place! I took my sweet Willow in on Saturday, and from the moment we walked through the door, I knew she was in the best hands. She was very matted and I was honestly nervous about how things would turn out — but they worked absolute magic! Malaysia took her time with Willow, showed so much care and patience, and treated her like her own. The professionalism was top-tier, and the love she showed my pup truly touched my heart. When I picked Willow up, she looked absolutely beautiful — soft, clean, and happy! I could tell she felt so much better. You can tell they genuinely love what they do and truly care about the animals they work with. I will never take Willow anywhere else. And I mean, NEVER ! Thank you for bringing my girl back to life and treating her with such kindness and skill! 🐾💖

I absolutely love Puppy Palace Self-Service Dog Wash! The facility is always spotless, well-organized, and easy to use. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, and they clearly care about both pets and their owners. My dog always comes out looking and smelling amazing, and the whole process is stress-free compared to trying to wash him at home. The equipment is top-notch, the products are high quality, and the atmosphere is comfortable. I’m so glad we have a place like this in Woodlawn—definitely my go-to spot for dog grooming. Highly recommend to any pet parent! 🐾

I brought my puppy to Puppy Palace for his very first grooming, and unfortunately, my initial experience was disappointing. I showed them a photo from their own Instagram and explained the style I wanted. I even dropped him off early so he could acclimate since it was his first time. When I picked him up, I hardly recognized him. His face was uneven, the cut was choppy, and overall it didn’t look clean. The groomer told me they had to “modify” the style I requested, but no one called to inform me or get my approval before making the changes. One side of his face was noticeably shorter than the other, and his body cut was inconsistent. I was confused because I was told he behaved well, so I didn’t understand why the cut looked so rushed and uneven. At that point, I didn’t feel comfortable returning. However, the day after I made my post, Puppy Palace reached out to me via text apologizing and saying they wanted to resolve the situation. I spoke with the receptionist, who was very understanding and asked me to explain exactly what had happened. She clarified that the groomer shown in the Instagram photo was not the one who had cut my dog, and she offered to schedule an appointment with that specific groomer to achieve the results I originally requested. I also expressed my concerns about whether the cut could be corrected given how uneven it was, and she reassured me that they could address everything. While I didn’t receive a refund, they did offer a complimentary full-service grooming for my next visit. After the correction, my puppy was much happier and playful, and his haircut looked far better, closer to what I had requested. This experience showed me that the staff genuinely care about customer satisfaction and the well-being of the pets in their care. I would advise anyone visiting to ask questions about which groomer they will be assigned and to be specific about the style they want. I plan to return, but only with the groomer who corrected my puppy’s cut. Overall, I really appreciate Puppy Palace’s willingness to communicate and make things right, and what started as a negative experience ultimately ended positively.

Our dog HATES getting his nails clipped. He’s a large and strong dog too. Our dog’s wild behavior did not deter the groomers. They treated our dog with gentleness and kindness. With great perseverance (and with three people holding our dog in place), they got the job done and did a wonderful job. I highly recommend this place. They are now my go to groomers.

This place was awesome! It had everything I needed to comfortably wash my babies and great prices. I especially loved the sectioned off washing areas and the large tubs. 10/10 recommend.
