My experience was great! Pupstars squeezed me in at the last minute, which was so helpful. I brought my little dog who was very matted. It was the first time we met this groomer. The groomer did an amazing job, he reassured me my baby was going to be alright, even though my pup wasn't on his best behavior. The staff is so friendly and professional. The place is clean and well taken care of. Highly recommend!!

Pupstars is truly the best! After trying many doggy day care places in the Chicago area I was and still am so happy I found Pupstars. They take fantastic care of Myles who always gets plenty of exercise and love from the fantastic staff. Ownership and the employees are incredible! Myles is always excited to go and loves the fun he has at Pupstars!

We LOVE Pupstars! We started sending our puppy to Pupstars to help socialize him, and now every time we turn on to their street, he can't wait to go in. The staff is so friendly, patient, and reliable. We've sent Peppercorn to daycare and have boarded him when we went out of town and I've always felt comfortable with the level of care he receives. They have an awesome outdoor area for the pups to play in which is great with our high energy puppy. He always comes homes happy and ready for a nap.

Wonderful team that does a great job taking care of our little monster Loki. Loki was found in the area and it has been a struggle to keep him in daycare locations due to his anxiety and high energy; however Pupstars has never given up on him. All the amazing staff members do their absolute best to work with him and to ensure he is safe and well taken care of. The manager and owner are patient, understanding and just absolutely wonderful. We love Pupstars. Loki gets a lot of playtime in, which helps with his appetite when he gets home and also helps him sleep through the entire night. No pacing or midnight spurts of energy to play. We love the videos and pictures posted often and the fun pup events that take place here. Thank you to everyone there…your location has truly been so beneficial and helpful for us during the weekday.

My dog Ghost was groomed by Natalia who was absolutely phenomenal! She is very detailed and dedicated to her work and my pup absolutely loved her! She makes every pet feel comfortable and takes her time to make sure your pup comes out looking their very best. We tried tail dying for the first time and couldn’t be happier! Ghost LOVES all the attention he’s been getting. Highly recommend their grooming services!
