I’m in my 50’s and I could handle the HIIT class! It’s not easy, but it’s a great workout! Sara gave me options to work around a bad ankle. I left feeling strong and powerful! Sara pays attention to how you are doing and encourages with modifications to keep you going if you start to falter. I’m not at the strength level I want to be - yet - but I have no doubt Sara will help me get there!! Yoga classes? Amazing. A wide variety of options and the instructors pay close attention to the needs of their students. Love this studio!
This is an amazing studio! I have gone to several other studios and they are nice, but some seemed too large of a space and felt less intimate. Pura is very cozy! Sometimes maybe too cozy depending on how many attend, but everyone is easy going and work together to make it comfortable. The instructors are mindful and very welcoming to everyone. Just remember some have been attending for a bit and it may seem a bit "clicky" but that is just familiarity with each other. Don't be afraid of participating in conversations. That feeling quickly goes away and you feel more like friends meeting up. Pricing is extremely reasonable for what service and experiences you receive 😌 The $30 for 30 day promotion of new members (promo given at the time of the review)is great to get a good feel for the studio. You get 10 classes to use in the 30 days. So it works out to $3 a class if you utilize all 10! Additional classes are offered for additional costs, but never pressured ☺️
I just had my first one on one at this studio. I chose a massage for my first months add on, and it was great! I felt very relaxed, and welcomed. I look forward to the classes and member events! There's so much going on, even with my busy schedule, I am sure I'll be able to find things to attend. I am excited to learn from them.
Pura Vida Wellness Studio, what a wonderful treasure I have found!! Today I experienced Yin yoga and sound with Kristi Fuller. What a special time of healing, gentle movement and peace! The people who attend are welcoming and oh so loving! If you are looking to heal and restore peace to your soul, surround yourself with kindness, you need to check out this studio!
I attended a soundbath held by Pura Vida this summer at the park and LOVED it. I reached out to Erica to do a private event at my home and she did not disappoint!! We did some yoga for the first half and did the sound bath for the second half. Everyone was so impressed by her talents and had a great time (even the newbie yogies)! If you want a different type of gathering with your friends, this is so unique and memorable.. do it!
