When choosing a dance studio for my daughter, I wanted to know going in that not only would she receive quality ballet instruction, but that she would be treated as a child. So often we see companies dress young girls like grown women and expect you to be okay with them dancing in a sexual manner. That is not the case with Pure Dance Works. They create an environment that nurtures young minds and instills a joy of dancing. I’m very pleased by the professional manners of all of the staff and the amount of effort they put in to go above and beyond for my daughter. As someone who has danced for many years, I can see the dedication from the teachers in instructing correct technique. We have now been there for 6 years, and my daughter has grown so much in her dancing abilities, her confidence, and her gracefulness.

I have nothing but great things to say about Pure Dance Works. They truly meet every child's needs. From children who are really shy and anxious (like my own), to outgoing and energetic kids, even to kids who have disabilities or sensitivities. They ensure everyone is welcomed and taught. They are also incredibly responsive to modesty, which is important for my family. My 5-year-old daughter dances around showing me all her ballet moves, knowing the name of the positions and the right technique. I'm so thankful for the support they continue to show my daughter as she finds her confidence.

If you’re looking for a dance studio for your child in Fort Wayne, look no further than Pure Dance Works. We started in Dewdrop and transitioned into Sparkle this past year. The teachers and staff are so caring, the studio clean, and the communication amazing! I always know where to on the Parent Portal look for answers regarding schedules and performance information. Not to mention the helpful once a weekly emails with the need to know information for that week. My child looks forward to class every week where they get to learn and explore beginner ballet in a small class that is safe, fun, and appropriate for their age. I’ve loved watching their confidence grow at such a young age and the encouragement by the teachers and staff. I would highly recommend Pure Dance Works to any parent!
