Mia Nisle is my favorite aesthetic nurse injector. She gives the most honest and transparent recommendations for Botox and filler. The experience she provides doesn’t feel like it’s a stupid sales pitch or an unnecessary upsell. And I like that all of my concerns are actually heard. This is my second visit, but I will totally be back.

I recently contacted Pure MedSpa to request charting from a filler appointment I had about two years ago. I needed this information so I could accurately inform my new injector out of state, since filler placement is a medical procedure and proper documentation is essential for safety. I was shocked when the staff member on the phone told me there were no notes at all in my profile. As a healthcare professional myself, I find this extremely concerning. Any reputable medical or aesthetic practice should maintain clear, accessible charting on every patient—especially for injectable procedures. The lack of documentation left me unsure of exactly where my filler had been placed. I know I received 0.75 ml in my lips, and the remainder was used around my mouth area, but without charting I’m unable to provide accurate details. I was told they would speak with the injector and call me back with more information, but I never received a follow up call. Overall, this experience left me very disappointed and upset. Accurate records are a basic standard in medical aesthetics, and I hope the clinic takes this seriously and improves their documentation and communication practices. If you’re considering injectables head warning. There is no proper documentation.
Absolutely adore Rosie and the staff here. Refreshed my glabellar Botox and lip flip today and I can’t speak highly enough about the team, their professionalism, excellence, and generally how grateful I am for Pure Med Spa! I’ve been getting tox and filler for several years now prior to moving to Chicago, and have never had a better experience. I had filler and tox updated prior to my wedding in May and was SO excited with my results. Highly recommend!!
