I honestly don’t understand how this place has a 4.8 rating. There was no spa atmosphere at all — the space felt dirty and neglected. There was dust everywhere, and the bowl I was supposed to soak my feet in was clearly unclean. The products they offer for sale had sticky bottles, which felt unhygienic and unprofessional. What’s more, the same person who was doing my treatment was also handling the reception. Unfortunately, the person who did my treatment had a strong body odor, which made the experience very uncomfortable. Overall, the place lacked cleanliness, professionalism, and any sense of relaxation. I definitely won’t be coming back.
The body massage and facial was fantastic. Sadia was excellent. I have not had a treatment for about 20 years. I was a bit nervous before I arrived. After the treatment I felt amazing. Whole experience was BLISS. Thank you for easing some of the stress and tension.
Had an incredible Swedish massage at Edinburgh PURE Spa with Zeenat. She was amazing – her technique and attention to detail left me feeling so relaxed and rejuvenated. The ambiance at the spa was calming, adding to the overall experience. Zeenat tailored the massage perfectly, releasing all the tension and stress I’d built up. Highly recommend booking with her if you’re in need of some quality relaxation time!
I had a gel pedicure from Zoe today at Newhaven and was delighted with it. She did a very professional job and made sure I was happy with it at all stages. I would highly recommend her.
