Heena is amazing! Not only does she give the most professional, pain free and comfortable wax I’ve ever had, but she is also the loveliest person and wonderful to talk to. Heena also always does her best to find a time the works best for me which being a mom of 3 kids and a busy schedule is so appreciated. Highly recommend! Would never go anywhere else.
Pure Wax Salon is my favorite waxing salon in New York City. I can not believe it just opened. Heena auntie is an expert. Not only does she do the best waxing, but she gives me the most incredible tips for exfoliation, skin recovery, and makes me feel like my hair removal is in the safest hands. It doesn't hurt as much when she does it, and this is a gem of a place on the Upper West Side and offers even the best pricing for full body. Would not recommend this place more highly.
I have been a customer of Heena’s for many years and would never go anywhere else! She is highly skilled, professional, and lovely to talk to - by far the most comfortable waxing experience I’ve ever had, both in terms of the process itself - ( practically painless) - and her lovely manner, which always puts me at ease the moment I arrive. Her new studio is spotlessly clean, bright, and pleasant to visit. I highly recommend booking with Heena - you will not regret it!
I cannot recommend Heena and Purewax more highly. I’ve been going to Heena for years. Her new location is fantastic—it is spotless and comfortable. Before I found Heena, I had some bad experiences with waxers who did what they wanted rather than what I requested. Heena happily follows instructions (but will also offer her opinion when warranted). She makes the experience as pleasant and relaxing as a waxing appointment can be. She is the best.
Absolutely amazing! Heena is so patient, kind, and funny, she makes the entire waxing experience feel comfortable and easy. I used to be so nervous about waxing, but thanks to her incredible technique, the pain is totally bearable!! I’m a complete wax convert - love my results. I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else with my Brazilian. Her studio is always spotless, safe, and welcoming, she really takes the time to make sure you feel at ease. If you’re even considering getting waxed, go see Heena — she’s the best!
