Amazing escape room. There were 5 of us and we did Abandoned ship. We managed to complete it in time. The place is only small but the rooms themselves are a good size actually bigger than some of the bigger escape room companies in Cardiff. Highly recommend and we will be back to try the other rooms

We really enjoyed our Escape room experience! We did both rooms and they were well built and maintained with interesting puzzles and technology. The custom features using our names were fun! The AI Apocalypse room was nicely different to the norm, and we appreciated the snacks 😊

Comming from a particularly experienced escape roomer.....Brilliant game! Well thought out puzzles. Beautifully designed tech. Appropriate decor for the theme of the space and executed perfectly! What more could you ask for! An incredibly passionate owner who clearly loves what he does and it really does show. Cant wait to experience everything else they have to offer. Thank you so much for the experience. Would highly recommend!

Puzzled is an excellent escape room with some really interesting and unique elements to both rooms. I don't want to give too much away, but the AI room in particular is a very unique experience but one which was done incredibly well, with a lot of thought going into all the details and very impressive technical elements. We loved it! The Abandoned Ship room was also amazing but for different reasons. A more classic escape room but again one which was done incredibly well, with some really fun and exciting moments. Both rooms also included some personal touches which really made us feel special! You also get a physical photo of your team at the end which was great. Overall, we loved it and are really excited to come back when their next room opens!

Had a brilliant time at Puzzled Escape Rooms yesterday. Booked in advance, and tickets were very reasonable. The Abandon Ship room that me and my friends did was brilliant, immersive, very interactive and challenging, without us losing the will to live. Staff very friendly and helpful, throughout the booking process and on the day. If anyone wants a fun and challenging experience, led by a super welcoming team, this is the place to go. 51 minutes 10 seconds and chuffed!
