My parents used the company to service their furnace they were very happy with the service so I called just to have a check up done on my furnace. Alec was the tech that came he was very friendly and answered all my questions gave me some tips on the furnace what filters to use and such. Arrived when he said he would be here and was efficient in his work.
Quality Comfort Home Services HVAC recently completed installation of a new high-efficiency gas boiler in our home. They were the only HVAC company of the 4 companies that we consulted that was able to figure out a way to vent the new boiler so that a high-efficiency boiler could be installed in our older home. The other 3 companies could only offer installation of a boiler which was not high efficiency, and their bids for the standard (lower efficiency) boiler were either the same or much higher than we ultimately paid for Quality Comfort to install our high efficiency system. In addition, Quality Comfort was able to determine why a radiator in our home (which had not been working for a few years) was no longer working, and they were able to work out a solution to get the radiator working again. They were very thorough and neat, and their communication and followup with us was great. We were extremely pleased with their services and will certainly use them again.
Ryan and his team did a great job. They quickly came out and provided great service. We ended up having a small crack in our unit requiring them to shut the heat off. They were able to bring out someone that same day to give us an estimate on a new unit. Thank you so much for everything. Excellent service
Our furnace recently stopped working a few weeks before winter. We received several estimates and finally decided on Quality Comfort. And I'm glad we did. Their price is affordable and was within the range of what we wanted to spend so we got a new AC as well. They got us on the schedule quickly and called before they came. Brian and the guys were nice and polite, they took their time on the install to make sure everything was done right and double checked everything before they left. Thank you very much, Ryan, Brian, and the team at Quality comfort. You guys are awesome.
June 2025 Update - Had Quality Comfort return for a standard tune up and maintenance check for my main AC unit as well as my Mini Split system. Once again I found their service technician to be thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. I was so satisfied with their past services that I decided to join their Total Care Club. So glad I did! My Mini Split stopped cooling six weeks later. Since I had joined the Total Care Club the follow up service was covered. Unfortunately I needed a replacement system. I had them quote a new Mini Split and got a second estimate from a competitor. I was not surprised that Quality Comfort had a better offer. The extended labor warranty for a new system covered under their Total Care Club is a no brainer for me. Quality Comfort provides Quality Service with Quality People! Looking forward to being a loyal customer for years to come. Dec 2024 - Quality Comfort Home Services performed a thorough maintenance check on my furnace and provided insight on ways to keep my system running smoothly. Great job!
