Not enough stars!! 🤩 Curtis & trainee Robert with Quality Plumbing did excellent work, were fast, and kept us on budget even though plumbing in our old house is notoriously tricky. Curtis was knowledgeable and willing to work with us mid-DIY project, he even took the time to explain how to move forward once their work was done, which we greatly appreciate. Both were friendly, and not pushy to add on additional services, which is great when you're on a tight budget. They were one of the best quotes we received for the project and they more than met our expectations. The saying goes "you get what you pay for" but I really feel like we got much more than our money's worth with Curtis & Rob from Quality Plumbing!!

Excellent and prompt service. We had a last minute issue with our fireplace gas line. They were very quick to get out to analyze the issue and came up with an acceptable action plan. Everything went as they explained it would. We would definitely recommend Quality Plumbing!

Brian F. did a great job on an emergency Saturday ceiling water leak, quickly detecting their was a leaking shutoff valve line below the floor above (which is why we didn’t see water gathering on the floor above), rather leaking down to ceiling below. He was on-time, courteous, professional, and we will definitely use Quality Plumbing again in the future and ask for Brian!!

First off, my service tech Josh did a great job once he was able to start my job. We called for service on December 11th due to our water heater going out. We were quoted a price and installation could happen the next day. When scheduling, the two ladies we spoke with were told twice we needed a propane water heater. These ladies confirmed they understood we needed a propane unit by repeating the order back. When Josh arrived on installation day, I asked him if he knew he was installing a propane tank. He did not. He reread the work order that only read "gas" not propane. Needless to say there was frustration with all parties. Josh immediately called his service manager. Another unit was delivered to my house one hour later. Josh completed the install. All was good. Josh was very kind and took the time to answer my questions. I am giving him a 5 star rating but only a 2.5 star to the ladies who completed the work order. Thank you Josh for helping. Thank you QP for getting us on the schedule so quickly however may I suggest you implement a different notification system for those of us requiring propane use materials.

I wanted to write and give an enormous thanks to Clayton. I live in Kck in an apartment complex that had some emergency plumbing issues. He got here around 7pm and didn’t leave until almost 11:30pm. He worked so hard, and meticulously getting to the cause of the problem. His patience and problem solving skills kept me hopeful that the all issues would get resolved. He kept having to go back and forth for tools, plus checking the apartment next door that had the same backup. The best part about it all not only did he resolve the problem, he had a great attitude the whole time. Never getting frustrated , always remained professional and courteous. Hard work late in the night is not fun for anyone. He went the extra mile to give the best plumbing service you could ever ask for. He had great communication, so knowledgeable on all questions I had. When you think about top tier A+ service Clayton is a prime example. You have an amazing employee and he’s such a great reflection of what your company has to offer.
