If they agree to move something in the morning, expect them to show up only in the evening, without any update or response to your calls. Be prepared to do most of the heavy lifting yourself, as they often make you and your friends load items into the vehicle instead of using their own staff. During the move, they waste time downstairs while you wait for them to pick up items. If their allotted time runs out, they’ll simply leave your belongings in the lobby and rush off.

Had a last minute heavy move- they were very quick, efficient, professional, and very good at keeping communication. Other companies didn’t even bothering answering the phone- but they were very good at answering questions, providing quotes quickly, etc. I was impressed. The move was wonderful- they did a tough move in an hour, had high spirits, and took care not to damage anything. They even came with some funny dad jokes, free of charge. Overall price was good, and they went above and beyond to help. Thank you!
