Wonderful customer service and communication from the folks over at Quantrell Collision! After taking my vehicle over to them to repair body and paint, it looks exactly the same as it did before the accident. They will have my business in the future.
They advertise as free collision estimates but that's not true! I was told they go by my insurance adjusters estimate and they would send supplements to the insurance company after it was repaired. Why would I let my car be fixed without knowing the cost of repairs upfront when I am responsible for whatever the insurance company does not pay? Not a good practice! However the lady at the front desk is amazing! She is so kind and helpful.
I decided to bring my Silverado here after sustaining several thousand dollars in damage to the front end. The repair couldn’t have turned out better. Spencer and Kelly were able to address all of my concerns and provided great customer service. Highly recommend
After hitting a trash can on the interstate, it became lodged under my SUV. After my Subaru Foster was inspected/repaired at Quantrel Dealership, I was referred to Quantrel Collision Body Shop for front bumper inspection. The technician was very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. SUV was completely inspected, evaluated, and repaired on the spot. I was immensely pleased with my visit. I would definitely use them again if their services are needed and would highly recommend them to one who may need any form of repair for their vehicle.
