The worst experience I’ve had with this car wash. One day my dad took my car to get it washed, and one of the rollers on the passenger side tore the mirror off my car. One of the managers there told him that it wasn’t the first time something like this had happened, and that the washing rollers weren’t properly leveled or calibrated. They gave him a report number and everything. They told us they would call us, but a week went by and nothing. I kept calling customer service and they only told me to wait because they were “investigating what happened.” I went to the car wash because I really needed an answer about what was going to happen, since it was THEIR NEGLIGENCE for not properly calibrating the rollers. The manager was very rude, acted like she didn’t want to work, and just kept telling us to call customer service, until finally she put us through to someone we could talk to. That person told me they would push my case forward. They started asking me for estimates for the mirror, so I went to my dealership since the car is a 2024 Honda Civic—it’s new. To this day, I still haven’t received any answer. It’s almost been a month and I still don’t have my mirror. It even feels like they’re letting time pass so that I forget about it and just drop it. All I want is for them to pay for the mirror because we’re talking about almost $600 that I shouldn’t have to pay due to THEIR NEGLIGENCE.
Great service and the employee George assisted me with my issue with my membership and he spoke with the most amount of professionalism and had a great attitude
Received poor service from Ivan no approach not attentive to customer had to ask for a duck wipe wash quality was poor he gave me a top retract when I didn’t ask for it had go 2nd time only reason why I gave them 3 star is cause I love carwash has great locations but they need work on all locations coming from ex employee who strived for greatness on cashier if I was mystery shopper I would of scored location poorly very disappointed I work the grand opening here in McPherson hopefully they dont treat there customer the same .
We've been loyal QuickQuack Customers for about 3-4 months now without any problems, but after today's car wash, we experienced several scratches to the windshield and didn't completely remove bird poop from the right side of the car and scratches to the paint. We were surprised but we decided to let the cashiers know. Unfortunately, according to the manager, they only repair cars 2020 and newer. We own a 2012 but they don't know is that we JUST bought our car this year so the windshield was BRAND NEW, along with the tires and mirrors. We're leaving this review to let other customers know QuickQuack DID NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY. To QuickQuack, if you don't want to acknowledge you damaged our car, that's fine but at least get your scrubbers cleaned to prevent this from happening to another customer that won't be as kind as we were.

They paid close attention to detail, making sure every inch of my car was spotless—from the wheels to the windows.
