I like Quick Quack, but I wish the cost of a wash wasn't so inflated. And I think one of the passenger side ringers doesn't work. There was still soap on that side when I checked my wash
I stopped by today for a simple basic wash and ended up driving straight to their competitor instead. The sales rep at the kiosk was unbelievably pushy about signing up for a membership, even after I clearly said “no” multiple times. I repeated that I only wanted a basic wash, yet he continued pressuring me as if “no” wasn’t an option. When I finally told him that if he didn’t let me purchase a wash I would just leave, he still kept pushing and even demanded that I explain why I didn’t want their membership. That was the final straw. I backed out and took my business elsewhere. A car wash should be simple—not an interrogation or a sales gauntlet. If you come here, be prepared for aggressive upselling that completely ruins the experience. This location lost a customer today, and I’m happy to give my money to a business that respects a straightforward “no.
I was looking for a good car wash in Phoenix that offered quality washes, great memberships, and solid customer service and I’m really glad I found Quick Quack! I tried their wash and was so impressed that I ended up purchasing a membership right away. One of the things I really love is that they let you add multiple vehicles with a multi-vehicle discount, a huge bonus if you have more than one car. They also provide free towels and dash wipes, which is super convenient, and they even sell air fresheners and car cleaning supplies if you need them. The whole setup is clean, efficient, and easy to use, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Overall, Quick Quack Car Wash is a great choice if you’re looking for an affordable wash with great service and membership options. Highly recommend!
Quick quick I want my money back! I literally started my membership less than 24 hours ago. I visited the location at 35th and Bethany last night and had to go and rewash my car at another carwash to get my car clean and the film off my windows left by the 2 dirty towels that I had to find someone and ask for. So I figured maybe its just THAT location so I tried this one this afternoon. Again no towels had to walk around the building to find someone for towels especially because your air compressor hoses are rigged together and have like no air pressure. Than the lady informs me towels are kept inside to keep them from getting stolen and she said she is only allowed to hand out 2 per customer. First off if you can only get towels from inside maybe the girl that guides you into the wash should hand you your 2 towels as you go through.... just a thought. After using the weak blowers and weaker vacuums and having to go on a towel search I became fed up with this carwash. Every other carwash I have been to and had monthly memberships at are 100% better than quick quack. Cobblestone, Raceway, Frances and Sons, and Elephant car washes are all so much better all around and they honor their coupons which is another strike against you. I asked if I could cancel my membership which again is less than 24 hours old and get a refund and the girl told me no but I can use the service for the rest of the month.... ummmm why would I want to do that? I want my money back and my membership canceled. I am pretty sure you can prorate the 1 day and since I had to pay for another carwash after using your facility (and yes I do have documentation to prove I went to another carwash and paid for it AFTER leaving your carwash) you should really just refund my membership 100% and call it good. I in no way want to use your facilities for the next month my money is better spent at any of the aforementioned places.
First time here with my company van. I got the basic because I'm cheap and it comes out of pocket. I went through, and I was surprised (in a good way) that there was lots of suds. But the rince section barely got rid of those suds. So they let me go through again. Same thing. When I parked at the vacuums, there were no towels. I had to go all the way around, only to be told that I SHOULD HAVE asked when I pulled up to pay. I voiced my concerns again after the 2nd wash, and they offered no refund, but to wash it a 3rd time. I declined because I had just spent 20 minutes getting rid of all the quickly drying suds. I did give 2 stars because the attendant was very nice. I did advise her to offer towels whether asked or not because most people expect the bin of towels to be at the vacuums. I will not be coming back to Quick Quack again
