Possibly the best spa experience I’ve had in London. Very luxurious, spotless and modern large spa, wasn’t at all busy on a Friday afternoon. Extremely well staffed everyone was so friendly and professional. Will definitely be back. The 90 mins massage was sublime!
Excellent facilities & staff, highly recommend booking when in London. Debbie spa manager was incredibly accommodating and welcoming. There was a small mix up on our part and she solved it with grace and calm, making us feel so relaxed and excited for our day. Having visited a few spas across london can confirm that this tops the list! General environment is so clean, relaxing and all the staff and therapists are so friendly.
Incredible rooms, facilities, and therapists!! My mother and I went for a massage session this afternoon. I had a great masseuse, and my mom’s therapist, Sandra, was world class. My mother said it was the best massage she’s ever had (and we’ve had MANY, coming from Asia especially expectations are high). Highly highly recommend.
The best spa in London . Kind and attentive staff , the spa it's self is heavenly. Nicole is a world class therapist and I had the most amazing facial and massage wotb her in a top luxury spa suite . My sister also had incredible treatments with her lovely therapist
I had a fantastic experience at Raffles OWO Spa. The facility is stunning, with a serene ambiance that sets the tone for relaxation. The attentive team went above and beyond, catering thoughtfully to my special occasion. I loved the drinks by the poolside and the relaxation room stocked with refreshments and snacks, perfect for unwinding. Highly recommend for a luxurious and memorable spa day!
