For the sake of your pets DO NOT I repeat DO NOT bring them here!!!! They seem to not have a care in the world for your dog and are just there to do service fast just for the money. They nipped my pup a few times as if they were in a rush to shave him just to get to the next dog. THEN had the audacity to keep him hostage at their store after hours with no one there! We had told them we were running a few minutes late but they DO NOT care!!! They would’ve left him there all alone over night if we didn’t have reached out to the building manager to get someone to come and release our dog!!! DO NOT BRING YOUR SERVICE HERE EVER!!!!

My wife and I have brought our 120lbs golden retriever and our 3lb yokie here many times. Never have any complaints. Dropped them both off again today for a full groom and the two ladies that work here did an excellent job once again. 👍🏽
