Over the past few months, we had the privilege to work with Chris at Raleigh Diamond to craft the perfect engagement ring for my fiancée. From the start, the process was incredibly smooth and professional, with close attention paid to both of our preferences. Chris was equally receptive and accommodating to our questions and throughout the process felt personally committed to curating the ring. He ordered multiple stones until we found the perfect one, adjusted renderings, and maintained close, personal communication throughout the process. Chris also worked to expedite the timeline of the ring by contacting suppliers and communicating all updates directly with me. I wanted to propose on a quickly upcoming trip and was anxious about a short timeframe. With just an hour to spare before my flight, Chris was able to have the stone set and me on my way to the airport with ring in hand and anxiety gone. Chris and Raleigh Diamond were able to make our special moment happen exactly as I had envisioned it. I wholeheartedly recommend both Chris and Raleigh Diamond for anyone looking to craft their perfect engagement ring and perfect moment.
I had a fantastic experience at Raleigh Diamond when I came in to have one of my diamond rings appraised. Brian, the manager who helped me, was incredibly kind, professional, and extremely thorough. He not only carefully appraised the ring I brought in, but also took the time to check my other rings (even ones I wasn’t having appraised) to make sure all of the diamonds were secure. He also cleaned all of my rings, which was such a thoughtful & appreciated touch. The entire process was completed in about 20-30 minutes from start to finish. The level of care and customer service was outstanding. I would highly recommend Raleigh Diamond to anyone needing an appraisal or fine jewelry services. An excellent experience all around.
