I love this Ralphs more for its employees than for the store itself. Don't get me wrong, I love Ralphs in general, but the staff at this location are outstanding. The regular employees are there every night, always smiling and kind - even when you come in late and they're about to close their registers, they still take the time to help you get what you need. Truly great customer service. Keep it up.
super packed & only 1 register was open, also there was water dripping from the freezers all over the floor & no caution sign. as soon as i stepped in i walked out i didn’t even make it past the vegetable section because the place was just horrible. also what’s up with the entrance i legit had to walk in from the EXIT and squeeze past people to even get in. don’t come here 👎
I love going to this store however today was not good. It's October 30, 2025 at around 530pm ,the self checkout attendant was RACIST. I asked him a question regarding the machine he says oh what's the matter no money on your card and laughed. The jokes on him my card paid for all my items and no I did not steal them because I'm black. Now I never ever experienced this before because all ethnic backgrounds shop at this store so that was very hurtful. That employee needs to take some courses and fix his issue.
The florists here are ALWAYS amazing. Today, Tatiana (Tati) really gave customer service that was above and beyond for my mother's 60 birthday flower bouquet. Thank you so much, Tatiana! She is a treasure and deserves a pay bonus, for sure. Thank you for the gorgeous flowers! 💕💖
This place was great! The store was clean, well-organized, and had everything I needed. The staff was friendly and helpful, they made me a sandwich at 6:30am although the deli opens at 7am, making the shopping experience quick and easy. Definitely one of the better grocery stores around!
