Dear Ramin: Today you came into my wife's place of work and berated and threatened to call the cops over a simple misunderstanding regarding a facebook market purchase. I understand you were upset, but mistakes happen and no one was trying to take your money. Another buyer showed up b/c she misunderstood a message and the front desk got confused on who was purchasing the rug. It was never asked of you to e-transfer ahead of time...you chose to do that because you knew the rug was a good deal to later sell at this store front. I'm disappointed and saddened that you would let out your anger and bully an all women office and refuse to leave over an honest mistake just to get your way and make a couple more bucks. The other buyer was so scared she let you have the rug over the misunderstanding which I think speaks volumes. How would you feel if someone berated your wife at the store and refused to leave? I hope your "family run" business operates with more calm restrain than that. I wish your business success but just know...you don't always have to walk over ppl to get what you want in life. There is a better way. UPDATE: “ This wasn’t a misunderstanding your wife sold the item to two people.” - your response further proves that you lost your temper and don’t allow ppl to respond. Like I said, we fully acknowledge there was a MISUNDERSTANDING. We told the other lady you were buying it for more. She misunderstood the message and came to pick up. Even if she marked as sold, the other lady would have thought it was marked sold to her. We messaged the lady after to apologize for the confusion and she said she was terrified.
The lovely owners have wonderful taste in selecting all the pieces, their fine art and antique products are beautiful and remarkable! It’s enjoyable to visit their store.
