A shoutout to Rampart Roofing and Justin Kitch! After we called to schedule an estimate for roof issues that were causing water leakage in our attic, Justin Kitch came out to our location the next day. He was extremely thorough in his inspection as he walked the entire roof, spending a good 30 minutes up there. We received numerous photos and explanations in Rampart Roofing's and Justin's report. Compared to several other roofing companies we contacted, the quote we received from Rampart Roofing was the most thorough and reasonable. Justin came back within a day of our acceptance of the quote and not only took the time to make all the necessary repairs, but spent a good deal of extra time discussing the repairs with me and advising me of "down the road" maintenance. Rampart Roofing will definitely be our "GO TO" for any future roof repairs and/or replacements needed. HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
Our experience with Rampart Roofing was excellent! Chris Bosarge is professional, polite and personable. He thoroughly explained the damage to our roof and showed photos he had taken. Chris walked us through the process and patiently worked with the insurance adjuster. He also provided all information in writing so we could review it. Chris was always responsive to texts and calls and answered our questions. The roofing crew was efficient, protected our property and thoroughly cleaned up after the process was completed. We also appreciated that everything was done as scheduled. A big thank you to Chris Bosarge and the Rampart Team!
I had a really good experience with Rampart reason for many reasons. 1) I worked with the same person from the very start (getting an estimate) to the very end (completion of work and final walk through) with only having to interact with someone else from their office to handle the payments. This was nice because I wasn't handed from one person to another for each step of the process. 2) Justin, the person I worked with, was very responsive whenever I reached out to him with a question and he always kept me up to date with every step of the process. 3) While out of all the estimates I received, Rampart predicted a wait time of 3 to 4 weeks until the job would be completed. It turned out not to be nearly that long and ended up being no more than a couple of weeks. This may not always be the case as I may have been lucky and Ramparts other customers may have shifted their schedules, but I still appreciate the fact that the job was completed much quicker than originally expected. 4) The work done looked very good to me with straight lines and clean cuts. They did everything that they said they would do including cleaning out the gutters, bringing the roof up to code, as well as adding needed roof vents that ensure the shingle manufacturer's warranty is guaranteed. 5) I did find some exposed nail heads after the job, but these were corrected within the next business day. I appreciate the quick response and the way they were fixed. 6) Rampart handled the permit process from pulling the permit to scheduling the final inspection by the regional department and notifying me of the results. While that process was transparent and I could see all the rules were being followed, the process was hands off for me which meant one less thing I had to worry about. He climbed up on my roof, confirmed what needed to be done, and coordinated directly with my insurance adjuster on time and date—making the entire process seamless for me. As a first-time homeowner submitting an insurance claim, I was honestly nervous, but Chris walked me through everything step by step. He even took the time to review the insurance estimate with me so I felt confident and informed the entire way. On the day of the job, Chris showed up to check on my materials, and his crew arrived ready to work. They were incredibly efficient, professional, and kind—completing the entire roof in just one day! The following day, the gutters were installed, and everything was finished perfectly. My new roof looks absolutely amazing, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I would 1000% recommend Rampart Roofing to anyone needing roofing work. Chris and his team truly went above and beyond, and I’m so grateful for the outstanding experience.
