Rancho El Camino Equestrian bietet professionelle Pferdeunterbringung und Reitunterricht im Herzen der Del Mar Reitgemeinschaft. Had the luxury to spend 2 months in San Diego and wanted to continue western riding lessons. Contacted Rancho El Camino and they set me up with Claudia. Great instructor! In just a few short weeks my riding has progressed and I feel the confidence from the skills improvement. Highly recommend Rancho El Camino and Claudia for English or, as in my case, Western riding…Great selection of horses for all abilities.

Claudia is an incredible instructor. I feel like there’s few like her. She truly cares for the horses, and teaches you how to understand them. She teaches you how to communicate with them with your body. She helps you create a rapport with them and a beautiful synergy so that inevitably being on the horse is more natural and enjoyable. She explains the “why’s” rather than simply saying how it is, which creates depth to your understanding. Thank you so much for everything Claudia! I only wish I could continue to take classes with you if u weren’t leaving San Diego!

I, as a totally no experience middle aged man on the horse back, had lessons with the instructor Claudia for 9 months. She taught me safely and effectively with both western and english, with voice and device, with Beaw and Woody. Rancho El Camino has become my "the Ranch", and "Heartland". It is in the heart of Del Mar on which all San Diego equine facilities are concentrated.

I've been riding horses off and on since I was a kid growing up on a farm in Nebraska. I've known a lot of horse people over the years but Claudia at Rancho El Camino Equestrian Center knows more about horses than anyone I've ever met. I've been taking lessons with her for a year. She understands horses and she understands how to work with them in a gentle way to get them to perform. Also, she has helped me a lot to improve my riding skills. The school has a good selection of horses for lessons. The facility is clean and well maintained. It's evident that the animals are well cared for. If a horse is injured they will let it rest and recover before working with it. This is a good school for beginners; I regularly see new riders from kids to adults taking lessons. Also, there are experienced riders working to improve their skills in the saddle. Riding at Rancho El Camino Equestrian has been a lot of fun and I intend to continue taking lessons with Claudia.

This review is about Adult Class for Beginners. Claudia is an exceptional horse trainer who truly cares about her students and the horses she works with. I had the pleasure of attending her beginner's class for adults and was blown away by her expertise and dedication to her craft. Claudia's teaching style is both confidence-inspiring and inspiring in itself. She provides hands-on experience that is easy to understand and follow, making even the most novice rider feel comfortable and capable. What sets Claudia apart, however, is her deep love and respect for the horses. It's clear that she takes great care in ensuring that her students develop a strong bond with their equine partners, while also prioritizing the well-being of the animals. Overall, I highly recommend Claudia as a horse trainer for anyone who wants to learn about or become familiar with horses, whether they are beginners or have some prior experience. Her passion, expertise, and compassion for both her students and the horses make her a truly exceptional teacher.
