Been taking my pup here since I moved to UES and I’m always pleased with his cut and bath. They are super accommodating and always do their best to fit me in if it’s last minute. My dog always gets so many compliments on his cut and they don’t do anything without asking me first. :)

Absolutely loved this groomer! Taking a 100-pound dog anywhere can be a challenge, but they handled everything with total professionalism and care. Pricing was refreshingly transparent—no surprises at all—and the grooming itself was top-notch. I’ve tried a handful of groomers around the Upper East Side, and so far, these folks truly take the cake. Definitely recommend! 🐾

I’ve been taking my dog, Dukey, here for about two years and they always do such a great job. They’re very gentle and treat him kindly, even when he comes in with a lot of knots since I don’t take him as often as I should. They’re thorough with grooming, get all the tangles out, and give him a cut that really suits him. They also listen to my feedback — I always ask for a little more trimming around his butt, and they get it just right every time. I really appreciate their care and consistency. Highly recommend!

I took my dog here for about 2 years. So I guess that makes about 6-8 grooming sessions. I was pleased with all of them except for 2. This is why I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1. I realized cuts on his skin near his stomach after his 3rd grooming session. I let them know and I believe they stopped working with that groomer. I was pleased with the action they took and how they took this issue very seriously so I let it slide. That was my mistake. Last time I went there it was worse. I picked up my dog and as he started walking, his paws started bleeding. All 4 of them. I picked him up in my arms to take him to the vet. The nurses at the vet stopped the bleeding after 10-20 mins and told me the groomer probably cut his nails too deep. It is basically like human nail where you cut the pink parts instead of the white parts. I spent 2 hours cleaning splattered blood off his body at home. I contacted them about it. They apologized but added that it was because my dog “moved his paws” and “next time you get a discount”. If I was the manager, I would reply something like; We know you probably won’t choose us again after what happened but we still want to give you a refund for a sign for our apology. But no, next time I get a discount. The money for the refund isn’t even that important but the intentions are. Unlike the last time, I hated the way they handled the situation. There was only one person who really helped me time to time with my pup at the front desk. I don’t know if it was her who replied to me like this but I hope it is not. Because of 6/8 times they didn’t hurt my dog and one person was nice I give an extra star. Otherwise it would be 1. Never coming here again.

I adopted a dog three months ago. She is a spicy little thing. I’ve been dreading trying to find a groomer. Ednilson came highly recommended. I booked an appt two weeks ago and was filled with so much anxiety today. He did an absolutely amazing job on my little Cricket. I wasn’t even concerned with the cut - she just needed grooming - but she looks gorgeous and he said she ‘wasn’t bad at all - I’ve been doing this for 25 years’. Unqualified recommendation, and will attach pics. I’m so relieved.
