Got a second opinion from these guys after Genz Ryan tried to tell me I needed a brand new unit. They found the actual problem and fixed it quickly and professionally and for a very reasonable price which was far less than a brand new unit. Highly recommend!
Outstanding communication and service, from office staff to on-site tech. Immediate help and assurance. Didn’t even charge us for our visit when it was determined they didn’t service our model of furnace. I will definitely contact Welter when we need a new furnace!
After getting several bids for a new furnace and ac, I ended up with Ray Welter. They checked all the boxes. Great products, great prices, great service and the install looks amazing. Guy came out and walked me through all the options and what would work best in my home. Answered all my questions honestly and no pressure at all. Even my cat was super friendly to him. Couple weeks later, install came and the guys were professional. I’d check in with them from time to time and they were personable and would kid around. At the end they walked me through all my new stuff and andwered all sorts of questions i had. Could not be happier with what i got. Stay away from the big guys with commercials all over. Just give these guys a call. Great products, great service and great prices.
Always a great experience! Have had Ray Welter install my AC & provide routine HVAC services. Today I was in desperate need of a small part for my furnace— and Jason (the service department manager) was able to help me out. Installed the new part & the pups are no longer stuck sitting in front of the space heater! :) Thank you so much for being such an awesome family business & a great partner to your home-owner clients.
They did a wonderful job for us. Scheduling was easy. They were very responsive and communicative. We had Ralph out to do the work and he did a great job. He was very nice and very knowledgeable. We had him fix some Nest thermostat and zoning issues we had. He also did a full check and tuning of our AC and heat. And most importantly, he hooked up our gas for an outdoor firepit and grill. I would highly recommend using this company.
