A clean, honest, no-nonsense approach to property. We worked with Treston to purchase one property recently and found him very proactive, organised and honest to work with. He was upfront and no-nonsense in his communication, had a good understanding of the market and was professional to a 'T'. He worked hard for his client (the seller), which we respect as we'd expect the same in their shoes. However he was also pragmatic about the market position and fair in his dealings at all times. We'd happily buy through him again.

Genuine, pleasant and easy experience. Phillip and I met Kellie when we attended an open home on a house we have now been lucky enough to purchase. In the end, we attended 3 open homes to view the property, had numerous email and phone conversations with Kellie and then we met with Kellie to sign the contract the for the pre-settlement inspection. Kellie presents as friendly, professional and efficient. Most importantly for us, she does not present as forced or fake as many real estate agents can. We were obviously aware that Kellie was working for the vendor. Through conversation, it was also obvious to us that Kellie respected the vendors and really cared about this sale on behalf of them. But we also felt Kellie cared about us. Our interactions over time demonstrated to us that Kellie is not an average agent. She understands the process, is willing to openly and honestly discuss the property, is realistic with price guidance and sales information and can explain and back her thinking and ideas with relevant and local examples demonstrating her intimate knowledge of the property and the wider market. Most importantly, Kellie is honest and genuine, wanting the best for all involved in the sale/buying experience.
