The gentlemen that replaced the glass insert in my back door provided fast, clean, and professional service. Their workmanship was excellent, the new glass fits perfectly, and the door looks new. They arrived on time, protected the surrounding area while they worked, and cleaned up completely before leaving. They were professional and courteous and I would happily hire them again. I highly recommend them to anyone needing door or glass replacement.

I had some ceiling and drywall repairs done. My experience from initial contact to estimate, scheduling and completion was very professional. I would definitely recommend RC Maintenance & Renovation. Great Work!

Update: Received my billing statement for the month and am furious with the extra fee applied for maintenance on my half bathroom. I was informed by the technician that the matter of the issue was due to a calcium buildup that blocked more than half of our drain. After applying the snake more than 3 times at least 5ft deep (all details he freely shared with me) he informed me that he broke down the calcium and that water was not flushing appropriately. We are being deemed at fault for a harsh water supply out of our control!! This is mind blowing and completely unacceptable. We will never use this service again! Beau was a great help with our plumbing issues. He is so polite and resolved our issue in its entirety. If he is on the job, I am certain he will get the job done.

Steven from RC maintenance is amazing! He listened to our issue and was able to get everything resolved. When he came into our home we very respectful and even took care to not let our cats out.

*UPDATE* RC Maintenance and Renovation has issued a refund Thank you! RC Maintenance & Renovation took my money and didn't complete the job. They were hired to install a patio door, repair a small area of gutter and downspout at the front stoop, rebuild exterior stairs to meet building code and repair a small area of siding at the back of the property. I was required to pay 1/2 the amount ($1039.26) upfront to get started. The patio door was priority and was scheduled first along with the small gutter/downspout repairs. The installers started the job and when I arrived the door was not yet installed so I was able to see the framing. They mentioned they would have to build up the threshold with wood to be higher than the concrete to "deter water intrusion". I asked if they were going to properly waterproof the door frame especially since they were installing wood below concrete and they assured they would install it properly. After the door was installed, there was no evidence of a water barrier/waterproofing around the door nor below the concrete. The trim was not installed around the frame (interior nor exterior) leaving raw wood exposed to the elements and no drip cap above the patio door. I contacted the owner several times via phone and texts about the improper patio door installation and gutter repair (see video). I requested multiple times for a refund. The owner has not returned my calls/texts and when I call the office I'm continually being told he is not available. I'm truly disheartened by the way this project has been handled and would not recommend RC Maintenance & Renovation for any repairs or home projects.
