Very happy with our purchase. Jesse was an amazing salesman and made sure our delivery was made sooner rather than later to help accommodate our situation. He was very knowledgeable about the products and didn’t try to up-sale us on a more expensive w/d unit. He also made sure we had his contact information in case we had any questions or concerns. Delivery of our washer and dryer was completed as promised. Delivery and install was professional and timely with a smile. We will go to RC Willey again with no hesitation, especially if we can work with Jesse again. I love our new washer and dryer! With the money we saved on the sale price, we were able to add pedestals. And the rebate basically paid for the delivery. Very happy with the whole process.
The store is conveniently located just off I-215 on North Stephanie Street in Henderson. There is a very large parking lot in front of the store, and it is open daily except it is closed on Sunday. This store is huge, and there is something for everyone looking for furniture, appliances or a wide variety of electronic items and all at competitive prices. We were there to buy a bed frame, and even though we did not find what we were looking for, the staff was very professional with no heavy-handed pressure to buy. I personally loved the electronics section with a huge display of flat screen televisions, computers and even a unique flight simulator setup for those die-hard gamers.
I could spend hours here! It’s a ZERO pressure shopping environment with friendly and knowledgeable staff willing to help and not stalk. They have so much to choose from and reasonable pricing for most budgets. I found my family room furniture here, our laundry machines and more currently we are redoing my kitchen eating space’s furniture with them! I am in love with these pieces we have so far! They are my go to store because of the people there! Shout out to Ethel and Derrick! Highly recommend either of them!
Kalie is my go to sales person at RC Willey! Great shopping experience. I’ve purchased a brand new modern living room set, entertainment center. Seemless buying process. Best of all, the delivery is top notch. Punctual and friendly guys! Definitely ask for Kalie, you don’t be disappointed.
Service was great, a piece was supposed to be on back order when we bought the couch and we would had to wait an extra 2 weeks for it but ended up coming with the original order which was awesome. Delivery guys were cool put the couch together where I wanted and took the couch to the curb. Everything was on time and even earlier than expected. 5 star service will purchase again.
