Each sistar carries her own medicine: Clementine and Gwendolyn work with a luminous, intuitive touch — their Reiki and energy work feel like being gently realigned from the inside out. Gwendolyn’s craniosacral therapy is its own kind of soul-tuning, subtle and transformative. Monica brings a powerful deep tissue and sports massage — grounded, intentional, and deeply restorative. Kim’s lymphatic drainage is cleansing, calming, and beautifully precise — opening pathways in the body that I didn’t even realize were asking to be freed. Jackie’s facials feel like a quiet blessing for the skin — depth, soul, and gentleness woven into every intentional touch. And what I love most is that each of these women is certified in multiple forms of bodywork. They carry both wisdom and skill, blending modalities in ways that feel tailored, intuitive, and profoundly healing. What they offer is more than technique. It is presence. It is remembrance. It is care that reaches beyond the muscles and into the spirit. I leave every session softer, clearer, steadier — reclaimed. Recently had a couples massage as part of our anniversary celebrations. Positive experience across the board. I left feeling very relaxed but more importantly my wife (who has been to many luxury day spas in the past) was very happy and expressed that she would love to go back.

I have struggled through 4 knee surgeries in the last 8 months and am finally making small steps of progress. Yesterday I decided to walk to Real Wellness (about 1.5 miles downhill) and had a really great massage given by Amandi. I needed a fine balance between pressure on somewhat unyielding muscles and more gentle, soothing strokes. The time went too fast - she has an easygoing demeanor. I made the 1.5 uphill trek home just fine and in the gym this morning, got the stationary bike doing circles much better than average for me. Thanks to Amandi and to Real Wellness! Will be back (but hopefully not for my back!)

Real Wellness is great! I had a deep tissue massage with Clementine and was super impressed. It was so easy to book the appointment. The building was very clean and inviting. Clementine listened to my concerns on areas that have been bothering me and spent extra time in those spots. She made me feel relaxed while also getting out some knots. I would definitely recommend Real Wellness and Clementine! Thanks so much!
