The Recluse Books is a beautifully arranged small bookstore with a thoughtfully curated selection. The space is cozy and welcoming, making it easy to linger and explore. You can tell a lot of care goes into both the layout and the books they choose to carry. A wonderful spot for readers who appreciate a well-kept, independent bookstore with character.
Santa was in town and I had a pleasant experience with the cashier and the store is well kept.
Amazing little space with great vibes! The owner of the store was there and had wonderful things to say about the events. I love that they sell books and art by locals. There is quite a selection, including some children’s books, middle grade, and YA.
This is the best bookstore in Fort Worth! I’m so excited they are here! The staff is incredibly helpful, they didn’t have the book I needed and offered to order it for me. I think I go once a week at this point! Also the staff recommendations are always on point! In the best way possible, it gives eldest daughter weird literature, with variety. They’re such a great addition to the neighborhood and Fort Worth!
This is such a cute place with fairly good prices! Lots of books that aren’t just at big box stores. Good finds for when you’re bored of what’s on the shelf at home. And the employee was super nice! They also have some small gifts, local magazines, and a small selection of notebooks/journals. Hope they stick around!
