Erin Miller was thorough and helped us with every step of the homebuying process. She communicated effectively and had our best interests at heart as first-time homebuyers. Through her expertise, Erin's network of service providers made it simple for us to contact reputable organizations needed to inspect our home and to have our utilities up and running on closing day. No matter how many random questions we had throughout the home-buying process, she was happy to answer each one. We cannot recommend her enough to anyone looking to purchase their first or next home!
Amy was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. She has a ton of connections with people that make the process quick and easy especially for a first time buyer. She helped us find a reputable inspector, connected us with a contractor to get a small fix needed before move in (which she herself took a smaller commission in order to get it fixed correctly), and had a lender that ended up being the cheapest one we could find after shopping around! She also gave us great context on the market/pricing of local areas as well as just how long everything takes - and had a great understanding of how the timing of our offer/the amount would impact the sale. We found a great house and are very happy to have worked with Amy throughout this entire process and would wholeheartedly refer her to any family/friends who are looking to buy a house!
Brooke and Kathy came to my home to list... What was to be an hour became almost 3 hours and they not only fell in love with my home, we literally fell for each other! OMGOSH, The professionalism and how prepared they were was overwhelming and so welcomed compared to others who had interest in listing! Usually it stops there, they list, bye bye until a buyer shows up! Not with Brooke! Detailed orientated is so key, and that's Brooke! Quick responses, always informative and through the sale process, she was on it every step of the way! She is smart, extremely knowledgeable and definitely is the best choice anyone could make to sell their home! THANK YOU BROOKE! THANK YOU KATHY... Who took of her time on a Sunday to call and say, " your home is beautiful, why is it off the market, why hasn't it sold? Because I want my company to list it and we will sell it!" THATS WHAT BEING A REALTOR IS ALL ABOUT! ADVISE: Don't get a friend or a neighbor to sell your home, get Brooke!!! And then start getting ready to move, because she will get it sold!
I came into the market without knowing what to expect and Sandy Murphy brought me up to speed very quickly. My search took us to MANY homes, but she was patient and understanding that it had to be the right house at the right price. Her knowledge of how homes are built, how they age, and other technical details is extensive and I felt reassured that she would navigate me away from anything risky.
