This is the place if you’re serious about a beard trim!! After trying 3 other places in Lubbock I’ve found my spot. Madison did an amazing job on getting my beard in shape. I will definitely be back!

Had a wonderful experience and service with Eva! My first cut with her and she was nothing short of amazing. Did a great job with the cut and was wonderful and friendly to talk to. My appt. was late and she was still very friendly, something I know I'm not when I'm ready for my workday to be over. :)

Honestly... I didn't have a good experience. Similar to a couple other reviews, I asked for straight razor shave, beard trim, and straight razor on my head. Beard barely got touched after I explained what I wanted, barely got the sideburns trimmed down and mustache halfway edged. Went back for the shaves, oil and hot towel on the head, all good for prep there. But for the neck, the shave cream was applied in one small area and she immediately, with no waiting, prep or time for the hairs to soften, began painfully scraping at the hairs under my chin. Didn't make much of an attempt under my bottom lip, and left patches of hair and uneven lines. Bleeding and razorburn almost immediately. She said "It'll be ok soon" I get closer, less painful, and cleaner lines doing it myself with my old Gillette Mach 3. Left some strips on my head and feels like velcro like its grown out a day and a half. No, I didn't say anything at the time. Yes, I still tipped. I know I should have spoken up at the time, and I'm not expecting or asking for any compensation. Honestly it hurt too bad on my neck and face shave I didnt want her to continue. But the more I'm re-doing my head, having to wait for the red bumps to go down on my neck to do it myself, and finishing it like it should have been done, I had to leave a review after paying $55 after a $10 tip. I had high hopes, but the first time here will be the last time here.

Got a haircut here recently. First time coming here and was greeted right away. Stylists there were very nice and the wait time wasn't long at all (roughly 5-7 minutes). Classy & clean atmosphere to boot. Had gotten my cut done by Lainey and it was honestly a GREAT haircut! My last 5 barbers somehow don't listen very well and always end up cutting it too short. Lainey listened and did it just right and I couldn't be happier. Definitely coming back here again because the service was oustanding and I'm making this my new spot for a cut! She's the main reason I'm giving this place 5 🌟!
