I think this was my first time shopping at REI. I wanted a specific shoe that I couldn’t find anywhere else. Everyone in the shoe department Saturday evening and Sunday afternoon were so kind,patient, and helpful. They took time with me to find the right type of shoe and size. I appreciate Kyla helping me at checkout. I wore my new shoes all day at work yesterday and then went for a run. I’m so happy with my purchase and the whole experience!
The people in this REI are just the best! What an absolute pleasure coming in today! The gentleman handling my credit card issue was wonderful and the women checking me out at the register was so delightful! She was so, so sweet and helpful. Their items are high quality and they stand behind their items. This is probably my favorite store, and I can’t wait to come back! Thanks REI!
Tony is a most excellent human being. Tony provided such patient and kind service to at least 6 other people in addition to me on Friday 08/22/25. Tony helped me to find inspiration in some shoes as well as your cycling department. Your staff also gave me a hand signed note pertaining to your Co-op benefits. REI is the go-to store for quality outdoor gear and apparel. They carry top brands for hiking, camping, biking, and more. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to help you find the right gear. The store is well-organized and has a clean, inviting layout. I also love their return policy and member benefits. Perfect place for outdoor enthusiasts!
We love REI, because they help people get prepared for the outdoors. They have so many things for different types of outdoor activities from biking, to hiking, to camping, to running, and more. They have men and women’s clothing and a very small kid section. This is one of the smaller REI locations I’ve been to, but they have a lot of good products in stock. The shoe selection at this location is smaller than I hoped, but I can always order products and pick them up at this location. The store has a nice layout although a little bit tight and the staff is very knowledgeable. On my most recent trip, they weren’t overly friendly and when I checked out, Jasmine took a very transactional approach and didn’t even say hi. The store was busy, so it could the staff was overwhelmed, although I’m hoping it can be a one time thing and management can highlight the importance of customer service. Still giving a five star because of all the quality outdoor products they sell and the knowledge of the staff.
