I no longer live in El paso and Karina helped me sell a home that I still had in El Paso. She was professional and answered all my questions. Whenever I had any inquiries Karina always got back with me promptly with an answer within minutes/hours. I found this to be impressive as most places usually get back to you days later and your are left in limbo. In addition, she gave me updates on what was going on with the property I was selling even when I didn't ask for it. After closing she went beyond and ensured I received my funds (there was a delay). This was the second property that I sold with this location and both experiences were pleasant.
