Amazing place, I was looking to buy a top tier CPU Cooler (ThermalRight Peerless Assassin) and out of a short handful of calls made on other computer store nearby including the “Business Fear-monger” Best Buy, these guys had it and I was thrilled to know they had good stuff. Went in and the man I talked to was super knowledgeable about PC parts beyond the specs such as the current news about certain PC components and pricing. Amazing and definitely worth checking out if you have any PC related issues, questions or looking to buy something from them, they can hook you up.
I was having trouble logging into Windows 11 and was told by another company that it was a defective keyboard. I tried 3 different keyboards (wired & wireless) with the same result. Upon a friend's recommendation, went to Reno Computer Fix, and the problem was diagnosed within 2 minutes and corrected. They truly are the best in town and will recommend them to anyone I know. I did not get the name of the young man who helped but hopefully he will remember. Thank you!!!

I was having issues with my computer and was hoping to get some professional help during the weekend since I’m pretty busy throughout the week. When I went in and put my computer down. The person working there was condescending and asking why I would have mismatched ram sticks. Didn’t know that would be an issue and explained I’ve had it that way before I was having my crashing issue so I was confident that wasn’t it. He didn’t even want to inspect anything else and sent me on my way. Took out the mismatched ram and who could’ve guessed. Wasn’t an issue with my ram. Now my time was wasted and I still have a bad pc. Will take my computer somewhere else where someone will actually listen to my concerns
I have used these guys for a variety of tasks, but this last weekend I needed to get rid of three computers, a laptop, desktop and a rack server. I stopped by and James took care of me. It turns out they will recycle the computers for free!! I had taken out all of the hard drives for destruction except for the laptop. James removed that one and I was on my way. What I expected to be a costly and time consuming event took all of 10 minutes. I really appreciated the top customer service!
