Dave from Rentokil is very easy to work with when servicing my residence. He always reaches out a day ahead to confirm service time and checks to see if there are any current issues he can address. He is knowledgeable and has assisted me with a few issues at my home. He is courteous and respectful of me and my property.

Johnie Neil was absolutely amazing!!!!! He needs a raise, he was early and was very polite and told me everything!! Even went over the contract to where I could understand it (which I really appreciated). He checked in and out side and even gave us advice for the garage.
Tim is punctual, and when encountering unexpected problems he handles the problems quickly. He is very thorough and knowledgeable on how to resolve and keep on top of repeat issues. I hope he stays on my route because I have had no issues with critters of any sort since he has taken the route. I would recommend his service to everyone I know!
