I have been using Advanced Pest control for many years to inspect and spray my property. This year the person conducting the job refused to access the ceiling for inspection and as such, I consider the job was not completed as promised. Then they came back for the spray a couple of months later. They didn't send the invoice for a while and in January, Wei Zhi Poh (Credit Controller) send me an email claiming an overdue invoice for double the agreed amount. Took me several intents （emails and unanswered phone calls） to contact Rentokil and eventually the same person sent me another email saying that the invoice was attached, but Oh surprise, the email didn't have attachment. I replied that email and rang that person but I have never had any response. Finally I contacted the office again today and Alice Cordy was able to email me the invoice, which was effectively half of what I was requested to pay originally by Wei. Overall, very appalling work and customer service from this company. I doubt I will use them again in the future.
Can only shower praise on all the people I've dealt with in my recent interaction with Rentokil. They not only carried out the actual job with extra care and attention, but were all understanding of an older person's particular problems and questions. Therefore, a big Thank You to James, Bronwyn and Scott in Admin, and Richard Green and Adam in the field - all lovely people as well as top notch at their job. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
As part of the follow up treatment, Wayne found the bed bugs at my apartment which apparently the previous technician was not able to identify. He is extremely thorough, professional and humorous. I would not hesitate to recommend his service to anyway who experiencing pests issues.
Dean arrived on time - very thorough in his inspection. He was extremely cooperative and also explained his actions. As it was raining he advised that a return visit would be required to spray the outdoor perimeter. As our experience was one that I had no hesitation in recommending, I asked that Dean be the technician to return to complete the job
Incredible customer service! I had an issue (no fault of Rentokil) that needed urgent help, and Alice and Blaze were both so incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond to understand my problem, help me work out the solution, they called me several times to keep me updated and coordinated together on separate points to make it fast and easy. Honestly it’s been the best customer experience I’ve had anywhere in a very long time. Thank you Alice and Blaze!
