Left my phone in with Craig earlier this morning, Screen was smashed and not working. Picked it up a couple of hours later, phone is back working like new. Super helpful & friendly!

In the last six months I have bought 2 secondhand mobile phones and a tablet from this company who were selling them as in really good condition the phone's had to be returned to this company due to the fact that the back of them were coming off he said that he would repair them and when we went back to get them they looked like they had been fixed but unfortunately they had to be returned to his shop a further 2 times eventually I told him that I wanted a refund for them both which I did receive. I decided to give him another chance so my son bought a tablet, when my son was using the tablet he started having problems with it and decided to take it down to get a refund the person who is called CRAIG that served my son has a disgusting attitude and forgot the fact that my son is deaf in both ears but does wear hearing aids and thought he wouldn't hear anything that CRAIG had said but my son heard everything. I will never step foot inside this shop again and I will make sure none of my friends will ever go there. They sell you phones and tablets saying that they are almost brand new but in reality they are not and when you want a refund they try to keep your money. They are a bunch of crooks

Managed to damage the screen on my new laptop. The guys were super friendly. They replaced/fixed everything in under 48 hours, absolutely amazing and speedy job, I could not be happier with the results. The price was good, the shop was clean, could not ask for anything more. My sister also bought a new screen protector at the same time, good price, and they put it on for her meaning no awkward bubbles!
