We’ve worked with this business multiple times and have always been happy with the service received. They are able to quickly schedule a day and time to come out and provide an estimate. Customer service is superb—they give a courtesy call when they are heading to your location, which aligns with the scheduled time. Discussions regarding the work needed are conducted with an arborist who is knowledgeable and answers questions without hesitation. The estimate is provided shortly after the meeting and includes pictures and a clear explanation of the work that will be required. Estimates can be accepted online, which makes the process very convenient We’ve previously received an estimate for tree planting that we did not accept at the time (we plan to do that later this year), and they do not follow up at all—either you accept the estimate or you don’t. Once an estimate is accepted, they call to schedule the job. Most recently, we were told the lead time was three weeks, but they were able to complete the work the next business day since they were already going to be in the area and it made logistical sense. After the job is completed, they call to arrange payment. Payment options include cash, check, or card; there is a percentage fee for card payments, which is clearly stated on the invoice. Their pricing has always been extremely reasonable, and we’ve never encountered unexpected charges. The quality of the work is impeccable, and the cleanup is outstanding. They will absolutely be our go-to company for tree services. From the initial call to schedule an estimate through final payment, this business has consistently been professional.

DO NOT USE THEM. They will bill you and then take additional money when they did not have the right to do so, and they will not do the job correctly. The photos that are attached show that we paid by the invoice date and they still charged us more money the photos of the trees will show you that they were supposed to cut anything that was 1 inch and small smaller and they didn't do that off the trees and we had diseased trees. We had to go to a different company to complete the job that they failed to do. If I if I could put zero stars, I would put zero stars we called Republic ask them to come out and completed a job for us after their arborist came out and recommended the job that needed to be completed. We scheduled they showed up approximately 20 to 25 minutes after they showed up they left without completing the job we had to take video and send it to them stating that the job had not been completed. After the reviewed the video they agreed. We scheduled them to come out a second time. They came out approximately 15 minutes after arriving they left again. Again, not completing the job they were invoicing us for. they never completed the job. They didn't make right what they didn't do. They charged us more than what the invoice was for. They refused to change the date of the invoice so they could say that we had to pay a late charge which we should not have had to pay a late charge because as you can see this invoice was due today, December 22 and it was paid on December 22 and should've only been 1039 and as you can see from the receipt that we received afterwards because they charged us more then what they invoiced. I will never use them again and I hope you won't either. Save your money and go with a better tree service.

Excellent service. The crew that trimmed everything was great. Daniel the arborist was awesome. If you need a tree trimming company, this is it. They are the best in San Antonio

They did a great job. A crew of three showed up and got the work done quickly and cleaned everything up as if they were never there. The estimate process was smooth and easy. Daniel came over within a few days of submitting the online request and we had a quote and agreed upon contract the same day. Had a question answered quickly as well once the job was completed. Getting the job scheduled was a minor inconvenience and I am not sure why, I had to call a few times to inquire, but when they did call a next day slot was available and they got straight to work. Overall great experience and I’d use Republic Tree Service again.
