Roy was fantastic. I had to call on a weekend and the price was still reasonable. Roy, was Professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He explained the issue clearly and handled the repair efficiently even with me hovering because I think it’s cool to watch people fix things lol! When the refrigerator decided to be stubborn and act up again, he was able to come back immediately and troubleshoot. Now my refrigerator works better than it did before it broke! We’d absolutely recommend him Reset and appreciate his great service.

Sam was available right away and knew exactly what to do to repair our fridge quickly at a reasonable price. Apparently our part was hard to find but somehow they got it in one day which was amazing. RESET was super easy to work with and I will definitely be calling them if we need any repairs again, but hopefully not too soon! 5 Star service for sure. Awesome job!!!
