Cianna is the BEST!! She was extremely personable, helpful and educated on the wellness benefits provided by each of the services. I didn’t plan on using any, but after speaking with her I ended up purchasing a couple of different services. I was extremely nervous about trying cryotherapy but she walked me through everything & patiently answered all of my questions. She really calmed my fears. She is so positive and professional, and she made it fun. All of the staff I interacted with were really nice and friendly and the place was very clean. But if it wasn’t for Cianna I wouldn’t have been brave enough to give it a shot, thank you because now I’m feeling better than ever and excited about my wellness journey! Definitely going back!!
I usually have a great experience here. The staff are so sweet and I enjoyed my service but this last time I went for an IV the nurse that I had which is the head nurse Karen and the new person she was training. When Karen realized my IV bag was done she told the new person she will removed it. So she ripped off the tape/adhesive dressing that kept the IV in place while the IV was still in my arm. When I say ripped it off, I mean she ripped it off FAST and she said "sorry for the arm hair". I do not find that professional or safe to have done at all, especially when the IV is still in my arm! I have had IV drips so many times & I never experienced a person be so careless.
I had an outstanding experience with Nurse Haley Thompson during my visit to Restore. She was incredibly patient and kind, taking the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. Her expertise in her field was evident, which made me feel reassured. She created a comfortable environment that allowed me to feel confident about becoming a member of Restore. I highly recommend Nurse Haley Thompson to anyone looking for compassionate and knowledgeable care!
The staff is welcoming and friendly during services but the moment I tried to cancel my membership everything changed. I have been trying to cancel my membership for the last 2 months and finally was able to but they said they have to charge me for another month. I moved out of state but they insisted I HAD to come in the office to fill out a form. When I explained my situation and told them I had unexpectedly left the state their employee said he’d be canceling it for me. However I got charged once again. When I called again they said they couldn’t do anything about the charge besides send me cancellation form that had to be filled out and sent back. I have now sent that back and they still said I have to be charged for the month of July. Mind you I live out of state so I have been unable to use any of their services. I have now been charged over $500 and the only service I ever got there is an IV back in April. This is extremely inconvenient. If I had know this I would have NEVER walked in here. I don’t understand why I have to even be charged for the month of July if we’re barely half way through June. Specially since I’ve been calling them multiple times since May trying to cancel.
Disappointing and Unprofessional and discriminatory Service. I’ve visited this Restore IV drip clinic several times with a doctor’s note and have paid in advance for all services. Despite this, every time I go, the nurse Carin acts as if performing a major procedure, making the situation unnecessarily difficult. The process is always dragged out, and it seems like the nurse believes they have more authority than the doctor, which is both frustrating and unprofessional. To make matters worse, there seems to be a bias in the way I’m treated. Despite having completed all 28 necessary tests and following all protocols, I’m still met with resistance every time I come in. I can’t help but feel that the clinic's treatment is discriminatory. This place needs to seriously reconsider how they treat patients, especially when the proper documentation is in place. I expected professionalism and respect but have only encountered annoyance and disrespect. Other places l go they simply give me iv but only problem 30 minutes drive this place is 7 minutes drive so l prefer to go here. I want justice.
