Really enjoying Restore Fitness just signed up for a membership and am loving their infrared sauna and the compression therapy so far. Look fwd to trying cryo and IV drips. I feel so relaxed and sleep so much better after the sauna. Highly recommend.
Their red light therapy is a step above other local options. With 8 high quality panels you get a full body treatment in a short amount of time. This is a great place for fitness and injury recovery. I use RLT for mood balancing and it helps me so much with my ADHD. I signed up for a membership that includes weekly visits plus guest passes.
I came in today with an extremely stiff neck that I couldn't turn at all and shoulder/back issues. Huge thank you to Emily who was so friendly and helpful! I got red light therapy, cryotherapy, and a toradol shot which significantly reduced my pain levels and I regained some of my neck mobility too! 😊🙌🎉
Updating - apologies for delay on this - to say that the GM reached out almost immediately to check in and have a very productive conversation regarding my experience, what could be improved, etc. After that conversation I would absolutely take another chance on this business, should the need arise. If and when that occurs, I will reflect my experience in a fully updated review. — Bit of a miss on my attempt to be treated at Restore. (Location on William Cannon) * Before anything else, please note that I did not receive treatment here. I didn’t make it past the front desk… After being down with a stomach virus for a week and unable to eat, I was in rough shape. My husband booked an appointment for me (Saturday) and sent me on my way, with the knowledge that their nurse practitioner (telemedicine provider) ends sessions at 3:50pm. My appointment was 3:45pm. I arrived to the location at 3:35pm. After back and forth with the usual questions at first to check in, the front desk had another staffer come out to let me know they could not take me and needed to reschedule. The empathy in what should be a patient care situation was lacking. I was certainly in a vulnerable state and my appearance certainly didn’t hide that. The suggestion to come back the next day or another day that week was made, but again, the tone of empathy was simply not there. Frankly, I’ve seen better customer service at a 7-11. Three stars simply because the space looked comfortable, was very clean, and the booking process appeared to be simple and straightforward. Writing this review to warn anyone who is looking for a caring space or is in a fragile state, probably best to go elsewhere.
Highly recommend Restore Hyper Wellness. The benefits are felt after your first visit. They have lots of options to choose from and will help you find the right service(s) you help you and ur budget. Always clean and inviting. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about what services they provide. They do not pressure you into becoming a member but trust me, you will want to. You will feel so amazing after just one visit. They run specials so give them a try. You will love it. I’m a heat person but tried the cryotherapy. I also tried the red light and sauna. Immediately felt energized and more alive than I had in forever. Fantastic
