Amazing fix and sizing on my ring!!! It was sized down and you cannot even tell. They also fixed a loose diamond, and cleaned it so sparkles again. They also beautifully cleaned all my Tiffany jewelry too. Will definitely be using them in the future for all my jewelry needs
I went to Revelations in the mall to have my necklace fixed. I was gifted an antique pendant and chain that was bought separately to make a set, but the pendant wouldn’t fit on the chain since it was soldered. Luciano was amazing he took care of it in literally five minutes and got the chain through the pendant. I can finally wear my necklace! Super friendly, quick, and skilled service. I’ll definitely be back for any jewelry needs. Highly recommend!
Happy that they resurrected my G-Shock watch by installing a new battery. However, my watch was extremely dirty as I use it for work every day. I think they might’ve went the extra mile and tried to clean it a little. Even if they had mentioned that it would cost me more I would’ve had them clean it.

We brought in a high-end bracelet to have two loops removed. We were told they’d check with the jeweler first and call us for approval before doing anything. That never happened. Days later, we followed up and was told the repair was already done, without our permission. The bracelet was badly damaged, the stones were melted and the work was sloppy. We spoke to the manager, who apologized and said her husband would follow up. He did but they tried to fix it again without our consent, and it came back just as bad. After weeks of back and forth, they admitted fault and said they’d contact the original jewelry brand to fix it properly. We finally got it back. It’s not perfect, but at least usable now. They didn’t charge us in the end (which is the least they could do), and we suspect they paid a lot out of pocket to fix their mistake. Still the stress, delays, and poor handling throughout were unacceptable. Would not trust them with anything valuable.
