I suffered a herniated disc last spring. I was in so much pain by October that I was scheduled to have surgery. In December, I was feeling okay enough to avoid the surgery, but I still in pain and always feared the pain would return or I would inevitably have to have the surgery. I joined Revive in December because of a suggestion from my chiropractor and family members that had been members. Steve created a plan that made me feel comfortable to start moving again and build strength. I was able to have the guidance I needed to continue to build on my progress at an appropriate pace - something I don’t believe I would have understood alone. I am now lifting twice a week, walking over 10,000 daily, and down 20 pounds in 3.5 months. I have always felt supported, safe and excited to workout at revive. I am so thankful they have been with me on this journey!

I’ve been a member of Revive for a little over 2 years - before Revive I had never consistently done strength training for more than 2 weeks. So glad I found a community and amazing coaches at Revive! Always positive, encouraging yet challenges me to always get better - love the small gym atmosphere.
