This place is horrendous, the place has no air circulation so it feels as if you are in an oven being cooked alive. The place is absolutely filthy and greasy, all the surfaces are dirty and also smell bad. The bathrooms are filthy and look like they get an annual cleaning if they're lucky. The prices here will require you to take a loan out. Its basically $6 for a 600ML coke which is just a joke. The equipment is old and worn out with many trip hazards with the edge of the trampolines just laying there, not connected to anything. You could very easily hurt yourself badly if you are not careful by falling through the tramp, if you are going to charge these outlandish prices then maybe have an actually functioning facility for your patrons to actually enjoy. The staff here clearly do not enjoy their job and would much rather be elsewhere, this is apparent with their awful customer service when they are always making you feel like you are a burden on their lives even though it is their job to make your experience worth your money (which it does not even come close to). The staff also act like prison guards ready to pounce on anyone who dares breathe sideways. This establishment is a scam which aims to price out the average family while being a major safety threat, especially for young ones. If the management actually cared for their customers that allow them to stay in business they would have a good and hard look at this "joke" and actually begin to figure out how they are going to fix these major issues. If you are considering attending this venue, you would have better luck shredding your money.

I’ve just been there with a large school group and I need to give a big shout out to the staff who are incredibly supportive, helpful and organised. From the moment of arrival, they had their own roll of students signed up and made rules and expectations clear. They continued to monitor and check in with teaching staff regarding acceptable conduct and also were engaged and friendly to the students for the entire duration. You don’t see that nearly enough when taking students out to these kind of facilities and it was so appreciated.

What a huge venue for children this is, expect a queue at the front just to get in. Management need to focus on training with the teenager staff as there a quite a few reviews on the lack of training with their team and only reflects the management ability.

Großartiger Ort für eine Kindergeburtstagsfeier. Die Partygastgeberin hat die Jungen organisiert und unter Kontrolle gehalten. Die Kinder mochten Popcorn, Lollies, Party-Pies und Würstchenrollen. Zur Auswahl standen Saft oder Softgetränke. Sie hatten alle eine tolle Zeit. Es schien teuer zu sein, es zu buchen, aber es war es wert, alles für dich erledigt zu bekommen. Und ich werde wahrscheinlich nächstes Jahr wiederkommen!

Wir waren hier mit den Kindern in der zweiten Januarwoche, an einem Werktag (das erste Mal). Da Schulferien waren, war es mir dort zu voll. Der Ort ist riesig! Das kann es schwierig machen, den Überblick über deine Kinder zu behalten (meine waren 7 und 12, also kein Problem). Sie servieren auch Essen und Getränke, um die Kinder abzukühlen, und Kaffee für uns Eltern; es gibt viele Sitzplätze, aber man teilt sich vielleicht trotzdem einen Tisch. Preise ab 11 $ pro Stunde bis 45 $ für 3 Stunden am Wochenende. Ich denke, sie könnten noch ein paar Sicherheitsvorkehrungen treffen; mein Sohn hat sich am Ende der Schaumstoffgrube den Fuß an einem Holz gestoßen; dort gibt es auch freiliegende Holzecken. Es wäre cool, wenn sie auch eine oder zwei Duschen hinzufügen könnten. Jedenfalls hatten meine Kinder Spaß, sie finden den Ort auch wirklich cool. Ein guter Ort, um sie müde zu machen und mit anderen zu sozialisieren.
