I can’t say enough good things about the team at Richfield. We were in a real jam with some failed heating and a burst water main during one of Edmonton’s cold snaps. From the first phone call, Stephanie was very professional and very helpful -exactly what you need when you are in a tough spot. Dan and his team came out and did excellent work, handling the repairs efficiently and professionally. The entire team showed up when it mattered most and treated the situation with urgency and care. I highly recommend Richfield for their professionalism, quality work, and outstanding customer service.

Two days before our Christmas dinner party, we had no hot water because our boiler stopped working. We called three companies and only Richfield returned our call to book an appointment for the next day, so they are reliable. After a dispatch and diagnostic fee of $427, the plumber turned off, then on again, the boiler switch on the wall. The boiler started working again but he did not know the reason it stopped in the first place. On the plus side, Steve is very knowledgeable about boiler systems and gave us a comprehensive estimate for maintaining the boiler. However, he may be a little too thorough and deliberate because he had difficulty understanding that I was anxious to get the appointment over with. This was because of the large group of family I had coming the next day. Steve also gave us hope on the possibility of adding a zone to the in-floor heating on the main floor. The room furthest from the boiler, has been colder since we built this house 20 years ago. I look forward to resolving this. In the next few months, we plan to get the boiler cleaned and do all the maintenance that Steve suggested. I highly recommend this company.

I was very pleased with the service I received from Richfield Plumbing and Heating. Stephanie was extremely helpful in explaining the online ordering process and what was to be done. John, who did the job, arrived promptly on time, completed the work in a timely and efficient manner. The entire process was done professionally and the individuals I dealt with were extremely pleasant and helpful. I would recommend Richfield plumbing to anyone.

This is our first time trying Richfield. Stephanie was great at taking down our request for service on various heating & plumbing systems in our new house and was able to fit us in sooner than I’d thought! Erik arrived on time, was very polite & pleasant to deal with. He checked out our systems and explained things to me & my husband, and answered any questions I had. Erik also explained options that might be helpful and would make our current systems work better. We will definitely be having Richfield back to follow up on some further work to be done here!

Richfield Plumbing has a great Website once you sign up to keep you updated on everything that’s going on or is going to happen. Josh came out right on time, explained everything and hooked up the gas to my barbeque. He even painted the fitting because it was kind of rusty. Everyone I dealt with were very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this company for your plumbing or heating.
