Rise'n Roll Bakery in Fort Wayne ist eine einladende Bäckerei mit Delikatessenstil und einer breiten Auswahl an Donuts und Backwaren. Der Standort Fort Wayne befindet sich seit fünf Jahren an diesem Ort; ein zweiter Standort an der DuPont Road wird erwähnt. Sonntags geschlossen; Werktags schließen um 17:00 Uhr.

The staff were very polite and courteous, and the store was exceptionally clean. The products looked neat and appetizing, and they had a wonderful bakery and deli selection. After we made our purchase (before our food was ready) they offered us complimentary coffee while we waited!
I called and asked if I could get 2 dozen doughnuts in 20 without depleting their inventory. The lady said "sure no problem, I will have them ready". She did. Great service and great food.
I will never get tired of Rise N Roll. The donuts here are massive and incredible. They have so many to choose from, with filling without filling, icing, no icing etc. It seems like I crave them most on Sundays but that is when they are closed! The pricing is fair considering how large the donuts are. Please choose to go here over Dunkin Donuts, trust me...you won't regret it. You may be spending a little more but it's so worth it. They are always stocked whenever I go with many options to choose from. My work also brought in some in the middle of the day (towards around 2pm) and I was surprised at how much variety they had midday (which is in the photo I shared). This place deserves more than 5 stars.
I'm not a big doughnut person at all but I'll eat them here! My lady loves the pumpkin bar, it is great! It's seasonal so we go more often this time of year. The lemon cookies are the best around!!!
Not being from Fort Wayne, I was pleasantly surprised to run across a wonderful donut shop. Rise 'n Roll Bakery has been here at this location for 5 years. I was told they have another in DuPont Road. There's a nice personal touch when you enter. I might suggest a few more cafe tables for individuals stopping in without family or friends. As you can tell from the photos, the place is clean and the service is top drawer. They could use a few more donut selections (my favorite is coconut but they never seem to show up). The portion size ensures the pleasant taste isn't gone in a few bites. The Bavarian cream cinnamon donuts are just perfect. The Boston cream donuts have a custard type of filling with eggs and milk. Even the paczki's are great. They are closed on Sundays and at 5:00 pm during the week. The only drawback is I wish they were open later and had a location in Chicago. Enjoy! Keep up the great work.
