Unprofessional services.The people that left positive reviews must be the owner family and friends! I saw totally different side! I booked hydrofacial and received completely different services. She was late for 15 minutes for my appointment. The don’t update their services in the website so plan to see a whole different price and services. She took 300 for my facial while the website price was showing 150. my facial hydro glow was not worth it at all. She used the machine less and put mask to stay for an hour ?! Don’t wast your money to this place.
If I could give ten stars, I would! Absolutely loved my experience at Ritual. Usually when I get a facial with extractions, my face is red and swollen. But at Ritual, my face was glowing and the after treatments calmed my skin down immediately. So happy with my services and can’t wait to see how my skin looks in the coming days! I struggle with migraines and Tension headaches. Went in for cupping treatment and massage oh what a relief I got for a whole week after words. The space is super clean the staff are very professional and welcoming. I will definitely go back to try the different services offered by Ritual MedSpa. They provide Excellent service and costumer care.
I saw them a few months ago and planning to back back this week. Excellent service, clean facility and equipment. She asked me questions about my skin and addressed my concerns. You will feel so clean and relaxed. I even fell asleep during the facial. Truly relaxing experience. I will be bringing my husband for cupping.. ** It was the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic. They checked my temperature and asked me questions before I entered the facility.
Loved the employee's and loved my facial. My face has been feeling great since then. Great service, Sherri did my facial and she was super nice to talk with. Would definitely recommend 5/5 stars for me!
