Rivard had the perfect primary stone for the ring I was looking to purchase. They were very colloquial and also very transparent about the costs along the way. I had shopped around small and large jewelry stores in Lexington, comparing costs for the same ring and, all in all, Rivard came out with the best selection of diamonds as well as the most reasonable price. Just to give one reference point, they saved me about 36% on a quote from Kay's for an equivalent diamond & ring. Thanks again, Rivard family!
I walked into the store cold. I didn’t know a thing about them. I met Gail immediately and within 5 minutes I found my setting. I’d been searching for 8 years for a setting for my coveted 2.5 carat emerald cut!! Gail was amazing and kind. I had such a great experience! What I will say is that they have more options online. Do your research. The setting I chose for my diamond became my second choice, based on what I found online AFTER purchasing. Wish she would have told me there were other options. I’m a year and a half into my purchase and STILL thinking of the one I found online. I probably won’t go back to them to get it, they were not amenable to that, but I do fully appreciate what I received.
